Incredibly impressed with Lapis care. We are very fortunate to have found Lapis care for my mother in law. From initial contact to the consistently wonderful care that is provided we have met with truly excellent care, compassion and professionalism. The care manager comes to assess the individual and then provides care for a few days to thoroughly assess the care needs and writes a full care plan.I have not come across this before and encourage all companies to do the same. Great communication with the supporting family. There is an app with which we have a two way form of communication and we as her family are able to monitor the care provided and respond to any needs as required. Fabulous company, thoroughly recommend. Thank you Lapis care.
