   Addiction is such a difficult thing to experience. Seeking help can be so hard to reach out for and can bring up 'feelings of shame'. However, I am so pleased I have got to this stage. The support and options available have been amazing and I do not feel alone. I know it is an ongoing process and what ever happens - I am supported by this service available in Hampshire through yourselves. Whatever, happens, I know that I receive kindness, understanding and encouragement from experienced professionals - many who have been and of course continue to go through their own recovery journey.
