Great company values and the staff are dedicated to making sure our complex care package is managed efficiently and the required cover is always in place.

This company set up a 24 hour care package at home for my brother, from the first assessment he was treated with dignity and compassion. The package of care has enabled him to live independently while having a core team of highly skilled staff. Their clinical team have been an excellent source of knowledge and have provided the skills required by our staff to ensure that he has excellent care at home. The service provided by First option has meant that he was able to leave hospital after a prolonged stay and regain some independence. I can highly recommend them, the support they offer to staff, patients and their families is the best I have seen.
