My mum has 7 care calls a day 7 days a week, all staff are so kind and caring and just what you would want when needing care for a family member , they are very attentive too , could not recommend enough to anyone

My mother became housebound and as someone who was always going out it hit her hard but having Complete Care staff visit for personal care and meal prep has really helped my mother cope and she looks forward to staff visits. The office are always helpful and when we needed to increase number of calls, increase length of some calls and also arrange nail clipping it was all sorted quickly. Staff for helping my mother are paid for via social worker and she also has a cleaner once a week from Complete Care which she pays for herself and it really lifts her now that her house is clean again. As a son, it gives me great peace of mind that i know someone is visiting every day and that my mother is happy.

My mum is now 100 years old and has always been very independent, thanks to the great service provided by complete care she is still able to carry on living in her own home and she sees her carers as part of her daily life and sees them as friends, both my mum and I would strongly recommend complete care to anyone who is looking for a care company to look after their loved ones.

Amazing staff who actually care about my mum and take time with their job and meeting all of her needs, as soon as my mum was showing signs of illness they contacted the district nurse, doctors and 111 and requested an ambulance helping her to receive treatment at the early stages of illness.

I am well pleased with the service they are giving me. The girls are always on time and are very professional in their care of me. They cheer me up and lift my spirits. So pleased I changed to this Company .

This company is amazing! They have provided care for my dad that should be a benchmark for how other care companies should perform. They go above and beyond when it comes to providing my dad with care, respect, dignity alongside a great sense of humour that is definitely needed when it comes to caring for someone with Parkinson's, visual impairment, limited mobility and vascular dementia. All the ladies are fantastic, they always keep me in the loop when it comes to anything to do with my dad as well as providing me with the reassurance I require after having over 6 months of 2 care companies that should not be in a position of looking after vulnerable people with how poorly they treated my dad. Complete care are simply the best care company if you are needing people who are trustworthy, thoughtful and genuinely caring attitude towards there job, these are the company you need.... Thank you to everyone at complete care from me and my dad!!!

For nearly two years, Complete Care has been an absolute lifeline for my father, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care they have consistently provided. My father faces a complex set of challenges, living with visual impairment, Parkinson's, and vascular dementia. These conditions often intertwine, making some days more difficult than others, particularly when his memory fluctuates. Despite these complexities, Complete Care has been instrumental in fulfilling my father's deeply held wish to remain living independently in his own home, surrounded by his familiar comforts and his beloved cat. This was his primary desire upon his initial diagnosis of vascular dementia, and Complete Care has made this a reality. The dedication and compassion shown by each and every member of the Complete Care team are truly remarkable. They have not only provided practical support but have also demonstrated an incredible understanding and patience in navigating the challenges that come with my father's conditions. Their ability to adapt and provide consistent, high-quality care, even on days when my father's memory presents difficulties, is a testament to their professionalism and genuine commitment. Knowing that my father is in such capable and caring hands has brought me immeasurable peace of mind. It is a comfort beyond words to know that he is being supported with such dignity and respect, allowing him to maintain his independence in the place he calls home.
