Agreed to take my mum for palliative care but a while later said they wouldn’t take her. Would not ring me and tell me why or respond to the email I sent. Would also not communicate with continuing healthcare either. We were then very much left in the lurch at what was a very stressful time, trying to move her to another establishment for end of life care. Really unhappy that management would not communicate with me and just blanked any correspondence sent. Seems like a very uncaring approach to what should be a caring establishment.
