    From the friendly and caring ambulance crew through to the doctors and nurses in the hospitals, I am extremely grateful and happy with the help and service I received. I was looked after and dealt with as quick as possible with kind, compassionate and very competent health care professionals. Thank you

    Had a cardiac appointment back in Sept, no bedside manner at all - nurses are rude and abrasive - left after they did tests and blood and my hand was permanently bruised and injured. Unacceptable, rude and aggressive staff especially the nurses! I will never go to the BRI again.

    Doctors, nurses and support staff are wonderful, caring, supportive and helpful. First rate. If you have Covid as a patient you are placed last on the list for any procedure which inevitably means you get knocked off eg. angiogram, mri etc. Complaints procedure is worthless. Emailed and used online forms. Supposed to be contacted within 2 working days and have heard nothing after a week. Useless!!!
