Thank you all for the treatment I received in my visit in outpatients from the woman who helped us to sign in to the surgeon who put my mind at rest and talked me through the operation I need

one thing that should be attended is the noise of the bedside cabinet doors make when they are being closed. They are spring loaded and make a big Bang in the night when being closed when patients sleeping. May I suggest you open one of the doors and let it close to see what I mean. My recent stay , apart from the doors, was very god indeed. Mr Palin. Caton Ward

Dear James Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that the mechanism of the bedside cabinets was somewhat disturbing for you during your stay.
