    Addressed to the CDU unit from Triage I have been seen within minutes from my arrival , I’ve been checked inside out to find the ground of my problem. Professional and absolutely caring and friendly staff . Got my report at the end of the tests explained in details. Being called by the staff of my oncologist the following morning following up the report. Absolutely pleased with the service professionalism and lovely staff.

    No organisation whatsoever in terms of appointments was told 3 different buildings by 3 different staff members, csr park we were told told to use was inaccessible and not the the most appropriate either meaning 25 minutes of walking around and missing the appointment and having to wait again for a slot. More organisation is needed as this is a very common issue

  3. Review titled prescriptions

    everytime i collect my prescription after my appointment i am being told that the pharmacy has not been notified it has arrived. this is frustrating as i am having to wait even longer when my time is short. i dont understand why it keeps happening when i have complained about it before. the pharmacy staff are friendly and understanding and always rush to fix the problem. so why cant the doctors take a moment to let the pharmacy know i need my prescription? does it really take that much time and effort? i am sick of waiting. parking near the hospital is terrible

    All of the staff I met at the Wirral Centre and in Liverpool were kind and considerate. I want to pay special thanks to everyone in the Radiotherapy Service in Liverpool. So warm, so caring, such a warm loving atmosphere. They really care for their patients with respect and proactive attention. I would rather have not had prostate cancer, but the experience of Clatterbridge care and kindness was worth it. I see cancer quite diffently now and am still overwhelmed by the care I received and the kindness I saw other patients receiving.
