Had to visit minor injuries yesterday with a broken collar bone, the staff were amazing, was seen very quickly and treatment also revealed another problem that I was suspicious of and that is being delt with too. We are so lucky to have this hospital with all it's very friendly caring and competent staff. I can't thank the people who treated me enough, from Minor injuries to x-ray. This is the NHS at it's best . Keep up the brilliant work.

I cannot praise the staff high enough. I went today so so nervous. Somehow they managed to calm my nerves. The nurses were fantastic, the consultants, fantastic. The surgeon was awesome! He actually had me laughing on the theatre table. What started out as a day, expecting the worst experience I would have had for quite a while, turned out totally the opposite, I am still laughing about it now. Again, absolutely fantastic and professional staff, from start to finish. Thank you.

The PowerPoint being shown in the waiting area of the Facial Palsy clinic used words like "friendly, professional, dedicated and oasis" In reality I have been a patient for nigh on three years and frankly that is an understatement. If you believe, as I do, that the NHS is an unrivalled national treasure than The Queen Victoria Hospital is the bright sparkling jewel in the crown. Thank you everyone.
