  1. Review titled Referred 5 times

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Rachael Wahl - Posted on 13 May 2025

I have no trust in the NHS system having been referred 5 times to the incorrect departments. I have an infected dermal piercing in my arm and I have shown countless photos and examples of the area. First my GP tells me they can’t help me and to go back to the piercer but I explicitly wrote they the removal requires surgery so firstly they did not bother reading. I was told to go to minor injuries. Minor injuries turned me away. I then called 111 who told me to go to the urgent care unit. I duely did so and they turned me away and told me to go to a&e who also turned me away. I phoned the doctor again and the finally referred me for surgery removal but in the Colon and Rectum department. How can they stuff this up so much? So unfortunately once again I’m turned away and cannot be helped but in the mean time the piercing is getting worse because they’re incompetent. I have no hope of when it will be removed and I feel so helpless. I have done everything to support my case with photos and details and they still can’t get it right. I do not recommended any healthcare in TunbridgeWells. This has been ongoing since early March and it’s now mid of May.

  2. Review titled Most Worst Experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Nithin M George - Posted on 13 May 2025

Title: Urgent Care Needed but Delay Was Alarming Rating: 0.01/5 I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, recounting the worst hospital experience I've ever had. My wife, who was 6 weeks pregnant, experienced severe vaginal bleeding, back pain, and abdominal pain. We reached the hospital at 20:30, seeking immediate attention. However, it wasn't until 02:15 in the morning that we finally saw a doctor - a wait of over 5 hours. What made matters worse was the complete lack of consideration for my wife's comfort and well-being. Despite being admitted, we were told to wait for a bed for 5 hours. The worst part was seeing my wife sitting on a chair with a drip, looking uncomfortable. The delay and lack of empathy from the hospital staff were appalling. Given the severity of her condition, I expected prompt and compassionate care. Unfortunately, our experience fell woefully short of expectations. I hope the hospital takes our experience seriously and works on improving their emergency services.

  5. Review titled Waste of time and money

Rated 1 star out of 5

Was admitted to Tunbridge Wells A+E with a irregular heart I was immediately wired up to a heart monitor and had bloods taken and a x-ray 9 hours later no results no interactions for the last 4 hour whatsoever dispite having a heart jumping continuously between 60 and 190 during the 9 hours there was no privacy they insisted the curtains remained open so basically you become a object to be stared at by everyone passing on top of this staff repeatedly in and out getting items to use in other cubicles not a word just charge in and back out, over a week later my Gp is still waiting for results and records from my time in there despite emails he still has no reply, a recent survey I took part in a majority stated the NHS doesn't need more funds it needs to work in a competent manner and stop wasting so much time for instance my gp now having to chase results he should already have,
