My son has been under GOSH treatment for last 5 years. However in the last 12 months the care has gone downhill. We call and email but no one answers. you can't get through to anyone anymore. What is happening at GOSH!! come on management - do your job!

  2. Review titled No communication - missing plan of treatment

Rated 2 stars out of 5

My son was referred to GOSH and we had the visit in epilepsy clinic and agreed on the plan of treatment. The clinic promised to send the plan of treatment to our GP and local hospital. Nothing happened and no communication after 6 weeks whatsoever. My son is still on the old regimen and they are not answering the phone although I raised my concerns to them.
