I had an outpatient urology appointment at 1:00pm on 13th October. I arrived early and was processed very quickly at Outpatient reception. My examination started early and was complete by 1:05pm. I was treated with great care and respect by the nursing team and by the consultant. I was given a very clear explanation of the examination and the outcome. An excellent experience all round. Well done and thank you.

Treatment of my diabetic foot ulcer by the Podiatry team has been excellent during a worrying time. Staff are professional, caring and friendly

111 put us in touch with out of hours GP service. Triaged, given an appointment and seen by GP within an hour. Given treatment and reassurance. We were impressed by speed and quality of service. Thank you
