  1. Review titled Great practice, great people

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The wonderful receptionist at WCH and the X-ray department colleague (radiologist?), the latter for getting me ‘in, done and out’ so quickly and efficiently! The lovely receptionist - upon her ringing to organise my X-ray I mentioned about having a baby whom I couldn’t organise alternative care for, for the appt. She immediately offered to look after him for me whilst I had my X-ray and was very reassuring. When we arrived for our appt she remembered before I even had to say anything and said she would happily look after him for me whilst I had my X-rays done. Whilst I know this might be ‘usual practice’ she was honestly amazing with him - he doesn’t usually leave my side and can be quite unsettled if he has to do so. She honestly was so wonderful with him, he was happy to be with her whilst I had my xrays done and I felt comfortable leaving him with her also. A really truly wonderful team there who are an absolute credit to the NHS. Thank you again. I hope this gets back to them and they get a positive appraisal from it! We were done in less than 10 minutes and it was such a huge comfort to me knowing my little boy was happy. Thank you NHS and the amazing staff for going above and beyond. Truly appreciated!

Very professional, helpful and friendly physiotherapy session for my bad knee. Answered all my questions and reassured me. Felt anxious beforehand but happy afterwards. Excellent physiotherapist.
