My 11 years old granddaughter attended minor injuries this morning.She had an injury to her elbow. She was treated very quickly and prefossionally. This alas is the third time one of our grandchildren has needed your help. Each time we have had the same super service. Many thanks to all your wonderful staff.

This Hospital to me is professional , homely, and a relaxing environment, and staff are so nice, they always put me at ease make you feel important and have Empathy. Ten out of ten for me. Three times attended here radiology and X-ray . Your appt is always on time and completed quickly but careingly.

I've just Been For My ultrasound Appointment and I Felt Rather uncomfortable with There Being Two young Males in The Room as A Female. I would of Been More comfortable with A Female presant. Some Females May Be ok with it but I'm just Making A Point That some will Feel The same As I Did.

Dear patient, We apologise for the fact that you felt uncomfortable at your recent ultrasound appointment. This certainly was not our intention. Unfortunately, staffing levels/ sickness sometimes mean that we have to reorganise our team members. We always check that our patients are comfortable going ahead with the scan in a case like this, and there is always the opportunity to rebook the appointment if the patient prefers. My wife had swelling from bites which were not getting better so took her in on the recommendation of a family member. Absolutely fantastic service, parking spaces available, clean hospital and efficient staff. We were seen within 10 minutes of booking in. The care and attention my wife got was super...

Having visited the X-ray department for an X-ray I was put into the changing room next to the X-ray room where I could hear every word that the X-ray staff were saying whilst they where taking great pleasure in making fun of my size with a lot of extremely personal comments. I am very self aware I know my size but to hear this whilst changing was very upsetting especially as other patients could also hear as one lady stopped me to ask if I was ok

Dear Patient, We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience. This is totally out of order and not what we expect from our caring staff . This incident will be discussed at our various staff meetings and you can be assured the senior team will do everything they can to prevent this happening again . Staff will be reminded of their professional responsibilities , duty of care and conduct . Fantastic service at the Minor Injuries Unit - Northwich Infimary. No sooner had I sat in waiting area, a nurse came out and attended to me. Consulted with Head Nurse who gave advice and next steps. Advised to see GP which I did. Care from minor injuries totally outweighed GP visit.

Visited Victoria Infirmary due to my daughter hurting her arm trampolining. I cannot fault the care we received from the moment we walked in until the moment we left staff couldn't do enough to make her feel safe and looked after - thank you

The excellent and helpful staff put their patients at ease as soon as they enter the department. Having a "bone densitometry" can seem daunting, but the radiographer carefully explaines the procedure which is most helpful and reassuring. I would recommend that anyone needing a dxa can rely on the procedure with confidence.

Usually I find Victoria infirmary efficient and helpful. Last night however i felt my scan was rushed and only half done. It took less than 5 mins to do and covered a tiny area unlike my previous scans. I'm not confident about the outcome at all. The report might surprise me but I doubt it.
