Kind caring supportive and professional. We arrived early and were seen quickly. The phlebotomist was great and made me feel comfortable and confident.

I spent over 40 minutes waiting for my phone call to be picked up by staff in the X-Ray department. I kept on receiving a message that I was 1st in the queue. How can I be first in the key and still waiting over 40 minutes? I was so annoyed that I finally decided to put the phone down. Disgusting that they can't be bothered!

I had six eeeks of radiotherapy at Mount Vernon and the care I received was truly exceptional. The staff could not have been kinder of more supportive and they made an unpleasant treatment tolerable. 10/10

I have just had a total hip replacement here and cannot fault the outstanding care and attention of every single one of the staff. I felt so well looked after and reassured - it's a shame I cannot say the same about Hillingdon Hospital - but Mount Vernon staff were excellent including the consultant and surgery staff, the cleaning staff and people bringing the meals, physio, OT anyone else that I've left off - you were all brilliant. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable

I attend my appointment 15mins early and to be told to sit down someone will call you In shortly turned into an 54 Minute wait and they didn’t even know I was sat down and waited apparently. Waste of Time , really bad service.

I have always had a pleasant experience from hospital staff however this morning the staff on reception were extremely rude rolling their eyes at me when I asked through the window where the department was that I was looking for as it was locked and I did not want to miss it. I am sure if their doors were not locked they would not have rolled their eyes, completely unnecessary. They should not be working there if they do not want to help the public!

I visited Mount Vernon cancer centre today for blood tests . The receptionist, the phlebotomist and car park office attendant were all incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you

I recently had an eye operation for ptosis. I was quite anxious about the operation but could not have been cared for more kindly. On the day of the procedure, on every step of the way, staff showed great care and good humour, I had no time to worry. The operation was entirely stress free, and so it was with the post op. recovery - even to seeing me to the door when my wife arrived to take me home. I have recently had the stitches removed with similar care. Thank you very much everyone at Mount Vernon, I can see much more clearly with the eye lid now back to normal.

Communication skills so important for patients experiencing the unknown with their health. I received first class information and time to answer questions I have needed answered.

I came to mount vernon for 5 days of radiology treatment, and couldn’t have been better looked after by extremely busy staff
