Nurse M has treated me today with dignity.which has calmed my fears. She has been friendly and caring. She is exemplary and I would recommend this practice to others.

Today the nurse was very professional and caring giving my son his preschool injections. She was very understanding of my child’s needs .

Had an appointment today for a health check up, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told by the receptionist that the computers were down but to take a seat outside the room I was to be seen in and the dr would shout me, so after sitting there for 25 minutes and no one coming out I went back to the reception to find out what was going on. The receptionist told me the dr had logged me as not arriving even though I was sat at their door for 25 minutes, I was then told the dr couldn’t see me today now as they had appointments all day, so I booked time off work at my own expense and still not managed to get seen. If only they had a back up plan for when the computer breaks like actually opening a door and shouting patients in. Looks like I’ll have to waste another half a days wages now trying to get another appointment 🤷♂️

I have been with this surgery 40yrs, the doctors in my surgery are great, the appointment booking system works and not a free for all and the receptionists provide great support given they are so busy. I like to see one particular doctor and appreciate I may have to wait but I'm fitted in as quickly as they can and I feel I'm looked after by my doctor.

Been to see her twice now and she is incredible. Really thorough and cares about the person sat in front of her. Got my bloods first time too which never happens and really explains what the medication is she suggests etc. Would rather book into see her than the nurse or GPS tbh

Been in for my health review and was greated by very pleasant reception staff, went in and was given a very thorough examination and blood taken, was amazed at how well things explained and all my questions were answered. I came from another surgery and never got a service like this. I would recommend it to anyone .

When I describe my experience of this practice to my friends they tend to get very jealous. Friendly and efficient reception staff and good, caring doctors. What more could a patient want.
