    Excellent care but still awaiting results nearly 5 weeks after biopsies. Have chased several times but still not on the system.

    I had surgery in September which required lots of aftercare by the nurses in outpatients they were kind experienced and very very accommodating to me I could not have asked for better care from them. I would like to say a huge thank you to you all

    I have been back for 2nd knee operation from the time you get there the service is great you are take to your room the staff can not do any more for you thay are very personal it is very clean would always go back a great experience again well done to all staff can not thank you all enough

    My partner has a gastroscopy in March 2023. We were told on the day that 6 biopsies were taken and in 2-46 weeks the results would be returned. Since then we have had nothing since trouble. Our doctors have no record of the procedure ever taking place, let alone the results. I spoke with the secretary for the doctor who did the procedure and they did not know any biopsies were taken even though she did them! It turns out the report produced is wrong which the secretary informed me happens often. I then had to call the NHS co-ordinator and was informed the biopsy results are there and she wasn't sure why I was told otherwise. She told me the results would be sent to my doctors the same day. Then I called again 3 days later and was again told the results would be sent the same day. We are now 5 weeks on with no results being received by our doctors. My partner has been in A&E twice due to this illness but we cannot proceed until the results are produced to our doctors. No one has any urgency or accountability and it is getting beyond ridiculous.

    I have had cause to be provided with surgery and care at The Oaks twice in the last two years. The care was just wonderful from start to finish. A kind and professional team that were friendly and attentive. I would elect to go there again if ever I needed to. They were amazing. Thank you

    I have been trying to change an appointment date. Terrible experience and I failed. If an expensive private hospital cannot answer their phone and deal with simple admin I despair.
