My appointment was supposed to happen on 13th September 2023 with a gynaecologist then they moved it to 4th October . When I went to the clinic the lady at reception said their is no clinic today practice plus should have informed you

First time was referal there for colonoscopy .From start to finish amazing care from all staffs.First nurse was so amazing /make me feel very comfortable as I was stress and worried about test but she was so caring.And even the nurse who gave me sedative was so nice also making me laugh comfortable and of course the doctor was amazing too.Very very happy done this test there big thank you so much from me.

From my pre assessment to the moment I left after surgery I have to say thank you, 100%. I was treated like a patient should be by all staff. I was made aware of what was happening throughout my procedure. The hospital was spotless and all staff were kind and caring. Surgeons, anaesthetics, physio, nurses were all fantastic. Can't rate this hospital high enough. Thanks once again, even got wheeled to my car when I was leaving!!

I recently had a gastroscopy with sedation at this unit, and have nothing but praise for all the staff who dealt with me. The nurse assigned was helpful, reassuring, thorough and kind. I had been asked to allow a trainee endoscopist to carry out the procedure under supervision, and was happy to do so. He and the consultant came to explain everything beforehand, and to give me more information. All the staff in the treatment room were efficient, helpful, kind and reassuring and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Thank you.
