Everything was excellent except the 2 women on the front desk were not friendly at all. In fact, they seemed annoyed at being disturbed.

My experience of this hospital was exceptional. All the staff from the person on reception to the medical consultant were so nice and helpful. The medical technician assigned to me was by far the most outstanding medical professional I have ever been looked after by and I have seen a lot of medical staff in my 50+ years. A big thank you to that person. The medical procedure I received made me very anxious before I came to this hospital. The medical technician made me feel so at ease as did all the staff I encountered. What a great team of people.

I was very nervous about a procedure but on entering the hospital everyone without exception was professional and friendly which meant my experience was much better than I imagined. The staff on St Clare Ward were amazing and very caring and took time to explain every detail. My room was very good and quiet overnight meaning I was able to rest and then discharged earlier than expected.

Having been referred to Mount Alvernia Physiotherapy for a knee injury, I had roughly monthly appointments for about 6 months. The physiotherapist was very professional and personable, giving great advice and exercises which have made a huge difference to my knee. This was a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience from the start. Communication from the specialist secretary through to nurses and the specialist. Nothing rushed, explains everything and time for questions. Was referred to a different specialist in another hospital. Complete joined up approach and gives total confidence

I had a total thyroidectomy. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but everyone was so kind and patient, nursing staff, theatre staff and especially the surgeon and anaesthetist. I felt safe throughout my stay.
