    I have been having physio at Clementine Churchill for many months and I must say each Physiotherapist I have seen has been so informative, and provided great treatment.

    Having been seen by a Neurosurgeon in the Clementine Churchill Hospital, having had 9 months of very poor health and no answers by others out of your area. The neurosurgeon greeted me in a professional timely manner with kindness and warmth. She did her initial assessment of my health needs, she listened to me in a calm reassuring way. Then referred me for further tests and imaging by other members of your professional team who all treated me in an outstanding manner. My prompt follow up appointment lead to diagnosis. Throughout I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. Her specialty knowledge is outstanding and of an exceptionally high standard. She reassured me whilst discussing future treatment options in which I now have a forward plan of care. I feel exceptionally blessed that your hospital has such an outstanding person in your team treating me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an incredible neurosurgeon and person.

    My experience with all staff from Receptionist, Secretary and Doctor whom I visited were exceptional. All staff were so professional. The secretary was so helpful and having left her a telephone message, she got back In contact with me the same afternoon to arrange my appointment. The Doctor who I had been referred to was again professional throughout, treating me with dignity and respect. He greeted me in a polite and cheerful manner. He then explained what he was going to do. He answered my questions in a reassuring manner. His specialty knowledge was incredible. Huge thanks to all staff

    Our 6 year old had ENT surgery at the Clementine Churchill on Saturday. The staff were all wonderful from reception, porters, nurses and doctors. Everyone understood our nervousness, were kind and patient. We couldn't have been better looked after. Thank you all so much.

    The operating consultant did not see me once, even after several requests, after the procedure. I requested to see him, even via the Senior Nurse when I was discharged, no sign.

    I arrived for my appointment on time at 3:30pm. This was after having received a letter only two days earlier advising this was a revised time from 5:00pm. I waited with my husband for 3.5 hours until the surgeon came and advised the operation would have to be cancelled because there was no anaesthetist available. This may very well have been the case at 7pm, however I did arrive at 3:30pm, when scheduled to do so. We were advised it was the hospital who could not provide the anaesthetist and hence this was how the problem was caused, according to what we were told. We do hope this will not happen again as this has caused both me and my husband a lot of inconvenience (my husband had to disrupt his overseas business assignment to be back for this and I had to go through and later reverse sick leave notices with my company’s Human Resources department and re-plan my whole work schedule).

    I would like to address the fact that the booking team has booked me in for an appointment with the wrong doctor, which is not fully covered by my insurance policy. Despite stating that I am calling through my insurance and giving the doctors name, I was advised that there is an earlier appointment. The employee did not check whether this doctor is covered by my insurance policy, neither did add the name to the text confirmation. The mistake was made from the booking team side, which led to a bill which should not have been there in the first place. Since the mistake was made from the booking team side, I would like to make sure that the costs associated with it, which are not covered by my insurance policy would go directly to the hospital itself and would be fixed at hospitals expense as they occurred only due to incompetence which led to a mistake by the team working at the hospital.

    I telephoning the Clementine Churchill Hospital approximately 10 times over 5 days about a query I had about my outpatient appointment. Not once was the phone answered. I left a message and no one ever returned my call.

    I waited 45 minutes for my private appointment at The Clementine Hospital in Harrow, when I enquired when I would be seen I was told the consultant had not arrived and even if he did there were five other appointments before me. No apology from the hospital, nor the consultant. I left and will not be using this consultant again. I am not sure why I am unable to use the professors name here ?

    I booked an urgent Holder monitor for my 90 year old father (after he suffered a mini stroke) to avoid the Nhs waiting lists. I was told the result would be available in three days from his G.P. It's now over 16 days and my father has still not been giving the result (despite our enquiring 5 times from the G.p). I wonder what was the point of going private! The last two times I have tried to get through to the Clementine Churchill cardiology department the phone line has gone dead after ringing for a while. And now he's been sent a bill for £381!!! Very disappointing.
