I came into the practice to have my first blood test in 25+ years. I made reception aware I was a nervous patient but this probably didn’t go far enough to explain. I had a traumatic experience some years ago and have avoided them since - I’m also a fainter. On the day, the nurse I was booked in with was being shadowed by another. Both staff members couldn’t have been kinder, more understanding, down to earth and just lovely with me. The nurse that did the test was so unbelievably quick and professional, whilst the other held my hand and made me laugh. When I began feeling faint they looked after me and I left feeling cared for. Thank you both so much

The whole team at the practice always go out of their way to help. Whenever we have needed help from sorting out medicines, an appointment or a query they always help. They are all polite and professional and treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless whether a patient has been rude and abusive, which I have been witness to myself. They are a shining example of how a small practice works and that is the reason we would not change our GP.

I asked for a psa test as I was of a certain age and the man lotliker talked me out of it saying it can throw up false positives and intrusive. I went back a few months later and had it and it was high. I now have Bowel cancer. Early diagnosis opportunity lost. Don't be fobbed off like I was.

Impressed with speedy response to book a face to face appointment after sending an email referral. Have been a patient here for many years and always found reception staff helpful and friendly.

Been having telephone calls with an house pharmacist she is a wonderful lady and sorry don't have her name been monitoring my BP told her a few things about how I felt and recommended I see a GP. She even booked an appointment! I meet with a lady doctor who was wonderful listened to me and offered me help. We need a female doctor as some things just feel more comfortable discussing. I wanted to say thank you.

Was dealt with effectively and quickly. The doctor gave me reassurance and quickly got my medication to the pharmacy and also got me some tests booked

I did call super early, but I’m the last few weeks managed 3 separate appointments. Once at surgery I have been in and out very quickly. Staff very friendly

I phoned asking for help for my husband. He was not able to attend in person, but the receptionist listened, passed on my request to the doctor and within 2 hours he had the required medication. So very grateful.
