Excellent experience where information was articulated to me in a sensitive and inclusive way. A warm and caring conversation and outcome of a plan to manage my condition. First class service.

Tried to book an appointment to see a doc to be told to ring at 8am. Why? I didn't and don't want an emergency appointment.... I've been with this surgery for way over 20 years. I've read the doctors have changed ( Yet again) but I've had no notifation of this. Something needs to drastically change with this surgery. Its putting lives in danger. Seriously it has to change very very soon. I'd be interested in the official complaints procedure. All I can say is change doctors. This one is a shambles.

Doors still locked! Wanted a doctor to call regarding my blood test results, left econsult, had text saying all is satisfactory, still feel ill! Why are doors locked still??? It's getting to point you just don't want to bother with them, I try my best never to go, but now it's so stressful to go through the motions on the phone, to be fobbed off, I've got many stories about other people's cases. It's terrible.

Telephoned for GP advice, they arranged a call and gave a clear timeline. Following this I recorded a call from the GP and then the text message confirming medication at the chemist the following day I called with a query about an xray and again the service as swift, friendly and professional. Credit when it is due as I found no fault at all
