I submitted an online request on Monday, got a request to send photos and was seen on Tuesday morning and referred. It was efficient and staff were helpful. As long as you fill in the form early it works really well. I've tried to fill in the form later in the day for important but not urgent that day issues, and got the 'come back tomorrow' message, so had put things off. So it's a good reminder to just set a reminder and to do this first thing.

I had a very good experiance whilst I was visiting for an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and the nurse was also very accommodating.

I’ve twice asked for support and advice for hip pain, via the Klinik online request process. The doctor got back on the day I sent the request, referring me to the practice’s physio. I was able to have a face to face consultation with the physio that week, and was given exercises to do. I’ve had a more recent related query and the doctor has arranged for me to get a hip X-ray and to see the physio again. That appointment is within the week.

The receptionists are good very nice the reception area is always wel kept. I have been registered with this practice for over 27 years and the receptionist was the best my was experience was good today with the doctor

I was late for my appointment and the receptionist kindly accommodated a new appointment. Receptionist was helpful the doctors are very helpful i feel we get appointments quickly

The GP I saw today was wonderful . I was able to speak openly about my concerns & felt comfortable doing so. They listened to all my concerns, was empathetic & happy to answer all my questions & provide me with all the reassurance I needed. The GP was extremely thorough and I didn't feel rushed This is invaluable for any patient at any GP appointment and I felt really fortunate in having had such great service.

Doctor S is incredibly knowledgeable and took her time to answer all my questions. Extremely impressed & delighted with her consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner.

I was treated like a very important person (vip patient) the reception staff are friendly smiling all the time the reception area is clean and tidy the doctor is lovely and dealt with all my issues
