Very prompt and caring service which I cannot fault. I had no problem with obtaining an appointment and I was seen very promptly at the appointed time. Very happy with all aspects of the care provided.

Having recently moved to Swaffham, our multi-generational family have had cause to use the practice nearly a dozen times for GP consultations and vaccination matters. Every, yes every, interaction has been positive. The staff have all been very helpful from telephone receptionist through to nurses and doctors. I have found the ability to request a consultation using the internet very useful. When a very speedy response via email and text offering an appointment was not picked up by me within the requested timescale, a direct telephone call was made to me to ensure my attendance. Service of the highest class!

The Swaffham practice is a relaxed and efficient service.I have never experienced the waiting room being full and the appointment system works well.

I was originally given an appointment which was not convenient for me but this was changed without hesitation for a more suitable date. I arrived early for my appointment but found the video being shown in the reception area both interesting and informative. I was seen on time, all my concerns were dealt with to my satisfaction and the medication prescribed was available without delay.

right i have tryed for 4 day now to speak to a doctor and i keep getting told to ring back and when i do it dont help want sort of doctors run this way atleast with my old doctor they never messed me around like this

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I am very sorry that you are having issues obtaining an appointment at the practice. The practice has a variety of appointments available from 'on the day' appointments to routine appointments that are booked a few weeks in advance. Increases in demand or clinicians on leave can have an impact on the number of appointments available. If you are wanting to see a particular GP this can also mean an increased waiting time. Our team are all trained in active signposting and will always try to direct you to the quickest and best clinician or service to deal with your condition. I would like to say how professional all of the reception staff at both of the Plowright medical centres are , I had a complaint about a standard NHS memory test being not in depth enough and the receptionist brought this up to the practice manager and then took the time to call me to let me know that she had done so , which is very refreshing and to be honest unexpected, so thank you very much. I have found all of the staff to be extremely good and helpful. I don’t feel enough positive feedback is made to staff, so if possible I would like this email to be passed on to all of your staff . I had a very bad experience with my old GP and have severe medical anxiety. The reception team at Plowrights could not be more selfless, kind and caring if they tried! They have always gone above and beyond for me and I feel very lucky to have such a welcoming team when I need help. The Doctors and Nurses have always been very kind and deal with your problems quickly. I have never felt patronised or judged and at last I feel safe. Thank you so much Plowrights

Visited the surgery today and was seen and treated efficiently and sympathetically as always. I find the staff at the surgery to be professional and have every confidence in them. They do a wonderful job and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks for all your care.

I called the practice for an appointment and the receptionist was so polite and helpful. Was given an appointment to see the doctor the following day and he was professional and very understanding of my needs. Was quickly referred for further investigations. I can't fault the service or care that I have received. I feel incredibly blessed to have such caring, professional individuals who work hard to deliver such amazing care. Thank you.
