How it works
The NHS App user feedback panel is a group of people who have agreed to be contacted about research for the NHS App. They help us test new features to understand what our users need from the app and make sure it works for everyone.
When you sign up, you'll need to answer a few questions about yourself. This takes around 5 minutes. We'll use your answers to invite you to research that's relevant to you.
We may offer an incentive, like a voucher, for some research. We’ll let you know if there’s an incentive when we send you an invitation.
What we'll contact you about
We’ll invite you to take part in surveys, interviews and online studies to learn more about you and how you use the NHS App. This may be online or in person.
You might be asked to:
- test out a new app feature or service
- talk to our researchers about your experience of using the app
It's your choice to take part
You can always say no to an invitation and you can leave at any time. It won't affect your NHS care.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over and live in England.
You don't need to be good with technology and you don't need to be an existing NHS App user. Just give your honest feedback.
