View or change your GP surgery

To view your GP surgery:

1. Select the person icon at the top of the screen. If you are using a web browser to access NHS App services, this is labelled Account.
2. Select Your GP surgery to view details of your current surgery.

To change your GP surgery:

1. Select Change GP surgery.
2. Enter your postcode and select Search.
3. You will see a list of GP surgeries that cover your postcode. Select Register online with this GP next to the surgery you want to register with.

You will need to answer some questions about your basic health and medical information to complete your registration. It takes about 15 minutes.

If you manage health services for someone else in the NHS App, you cannot view or change their GP surgery in the app.
