Vanilla muesli milkshake recipe
Make this speedy drink as part of your breakfast when time is tight.

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 150g low-fat natural yoghurt
- 50g muesli, with no added sugar
- 550ml skimmed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method

Slice the banana into a blender and add the yoghurt, muesli, milk and vanilla extract.
Information:If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand-held stick blender, whizzing the ingredients together in a jug.

Blend everything together until smooth, then pour into 6 glasses. Serve at once.
