Vanilla muesli milkshake recipe

2 glasses filled with vanilla muesli milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 150g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 50g muesli, with no added sugar
  • 550ml skimmed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Slice the banana into a blender and add the yoghurt, muesli, milk and vanilla extract.

    Information:

    If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand-held stick blender, whizzing the ingredients together in a jug.

  2. Blend everything together until smooth, then pour into 6 glasses. Serve at once.
