If you would like to report an issue with any individual app, please contact the app provider directly. You can usually find contact details through their app or website. Please let us know the details by sending us a message below, for our records. For all other comments about the apps library, please send us a message below.

Do not include confidential or medical information in your message. For example, your NHS number, date of birth, medical diagnosis or medical history.

We will use the name you provide in any replies to your message. We will not use your name for any other purpose.

We will use your email address to resolve the issue you are contacting us about and reply to you. We may invite you to complete a voluntary short satisfaction survey. We will not use your email address for any other purpose.
