Use this service to book a 1st or 2nd dose of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination or manage your appointments.

Some people aged between 16 and 17 years and 9 months are eligible for a 2nd dose. While eligible people in this age group cannot currently book a 2nd dose through this service, you can read more about who is eligible and how to get a 2nd dose.

Eligible groups How to get a 2nd dose
People with an underlying condition that means they're at high risk from COVID-19 You’ll be sent a letter reminding you to have your 2nd dose around 7 weeks after your 1st dose. You can take this letter to any walk-in vaccination site from 8 weeks after the day you have your 1st dose. If you do not receive this letter after 7 weeks but you think you’re eligible, please contact your GP surgery.
Frontline health and social care workers You can go to any walk-in vaccination site from 8 weeks after the day you have your 1st dose. Please bring proof of your employment such as workplace photo ID, a letter or a payslip from your employer within the last 3 months.
People living with someone who is immunosuppressed Please contact your GP surgery.

About booking your vaccine

If you've had a positive COVID-19 test, you need to wait 4 weeks (28 days) before booking. This starts from the date you had the test.

If you're booking a 2nd dose, you need to have it 8 to 12 weeks after getting your 1st dose.

If you've had your 1st dose at a walk-in vaccination centre, you can book your 2nd dose using this service. You'll need to wait 24 hours after your 1st dose before you can book.

Which vaccines will I be offered for my 1st or 2nd dose?

If you've already had a 1st dose, you'll be offered the same vaccine for your 2nd dose.
