Flu vaccination 20-21

For anybody over 65 we now have limited stock of vaccines i.Please ring 01384 394856 to book your appointment .we currently don’t have any under 65 flu vaccines s. We will update this page once stock is available . When like last year We will be able to provide vaccines to all council staff and members of General public under NHS if you qualify or privately if you don’t .

If you are shielding or cannot wear Mask . Please ring when at the pharmacy and a member of the team will bring your medication to your car .

We provide a Free collection and Delivery service for patients that need the service.Please register at the premises. For those who need help in medicine Administration .We provide disposable,sealed Medipack trays.Please Ask for one of The dispensary team to help you decide if this is a right service for you.

CPPQ 2019

Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable feedback on the services that we provide .The survey, undertaken by all community pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents. Our results for 2019/20 will be posted here soon

Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
