WE are please to publish our Community Pharmacy Questionnaire Survey Results,

This questionnaire was carried out  in June 2017.

A total of 95.625% of customers where satisfied with the service they received.

A 100% of customers were satisfied in the following areas:

Cleanliness of the pharmacy 100%

Comfort and convenience of the pharmacy 100%

Having in stock medicines/appliances you need 100%

Offering a clear and well organised layout 100%

Waiting time to  be served  100%

Having somwhere to have a private conversation without being overheard 100%

Pharmacy staff politeness and taking the time to listen to what you want 100%

Answering queries you may have

The service you recieved from the pharmacist 100%

The service you received for pharmacy staff 100%

Providing an efficient service 100%

Providing advice on current health problem or a longer term health condition 100%

Providing general advice on leading a more healthy lifestyle 100%

Disposing of medicines no longer needed 100%

Providing advice on health services or information available elsewhere 100%

the following questions were also asked. The results posted next to each question.

Have you ever been given advice about any of the following by the pharmacist or pharmacy staff:

Stopping smoking  = Yes 24%  No 75% Don't know 1%

Healthy eating = Yes 16.25%   No 83.75%

Physical Exercise = Yes 15%  No 85%

The final question was: Taking everything into account, the staff, the shop and the service provided - how would you rate the pharmacy where you received the quetionnaire? The pharmacy received 100% satisfied by all who participated.

There were no internal areas for concern found in the answers to this questionnaire.

We have recieved a lot of positive feedback from the customers whotook part in the quetsionnaire.

Age range of respondents are as follows:

16-19 = 0.625%

20-24  = 8.125%

25-34 =  10.625%

35-44 = 23.75%

45-54 = 25%

55-64 = 15.625%

65 = 16.25%

Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
