Patient Survey Pledger Pharmacy 2016-17
Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable feedback on the services that we provide. The survey, undertaken by all community pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents. Our results for 2016/17 are provided here.
The results of the patient survey for Pledger Pharmacy 2016-17 have now been analyzed and documented.
Taking everything into account including staff, the shop and the service provided the results are as follows:
66% of respondents rated our services as excellent
33% of respondents rated our services as very good
1% of respondents rated our services as good.
Comments that we received this year included:
“would benefit from more space otherwise always very helpful and friendly”
“always very helpful”
“ always give very good polite service”
As a result of the questionnaire there are no major issues with the pharmacy or services and we shall continue to provide the community with the best service possible. Within the next year we hope to be able to provide further enhanced services to our customers, by additional training of staff. We have found the flu vaccination service (both NHS and private) to be very popular with patients particularly as we offered a walk in service as well as booked times. The introduction of Electronic Prescription Service has also proved beneficial to patients improving ease and accessibility to prescriptions. With the continued expansion of the village we are looking at the possibilities of increasing the size of our premises to provide enhanced services and facilities to our customers.
