Overview

Logo

Established for many year, we pride ourselves on a high standard personal service and catering for the needs of our local community.

Our reputation has been built on our commitment to personal service and attention to detail, which is reflected in the services we offer and the time we take to get to know everyone who comes through our door.

Our dispensing service includes both our while-you-wait and collection and delivery options, where we pick the prescription up from your GP surgery and can deliver it direct to your door, free of charge.

Choosing a pharmacy is one of the most important decisions you can make. You want someone who is caring, knowledgeable, and accessible. Someone willing to take the time to go over all of your options and treat you as a person, not just a patient.

At our pharmacy, we pride ourselves on our patient service. We offer knowledgeable staff, safe and proven procedures, and the latest in pharmacy technology.

We've created this web site for both new and current customers. It includes specific information on our pharmacy and the wide range of services we offer.

Other services available include Lipotrim Weight Loss Programme, Stop Smoking Clinic and Blood Pressure Monitoring - see our Services page for full details.

We have our own private consultation room and also offer advice on your medicines free of charge.

We look forward to meeting you soon and looking after you in the years to come.

Every year we undertake an annual patient survey to enable our patients to provide valuable feedback on the services that we provide. The survey, undertaken by all community pharmacies in England, is called the Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire. The report of our survey results allows us to identify the areas where we are performing most strongly, the areas for improvement and the actions required to address issues raised by respondents. Electronic Prescription Service

This pharmacy offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or “nominate” a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you have nominated, this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving you time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
