You can now see a GP or other healthcare professional during:
- weekday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm
- Saturdays and Sundays
Appointments may be available before 6.30pm in some areas.
To book an appointment, talk to your GP practice or visit their website. You may be able to get an appointment on the same day if required.
Depending on your area, you may be offered an appointment at one of these locations:
- your GP practice
- another local GP practice
- another local NHS service - such as a General Practice Hub
We are part of GP extended access service at Westbourne Green Community Healthcare Centre.
This service is run by Bradford Care Alliance, which represents most GP practices in the Bradford area. Medical appointments are with GPs and other healthcare staff who work in the area. This means your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.
To get an appointment, please ask at Reception or telephone in the normal way. (It is not yet possible to book these appointments directly using the internet).
We will need to ask for your consent to share your medical record with the extended access service. When you are offered an appointment, our receptionists will explain what this means.
Extended access service provides GP, Physiotherapy, Nurse, and Health care assistant appointments from the subsequent different locations (hubs) across Bradford:
North hub: Shipley Medical Practice, Alexandra Road, Shipley, Bradford BD18 3EG
Central hub: Picton Medical Centre, Westbourne Green Community Health Care Centre, Manningham, Bradford, BD8 8RA
South hub: The Ridge Medical Practice, Cousen Road, Bradford, BD7 3JX
