Hahnemann House is located in Hahnemann Road, Westcliff, Bournemouth and provides a number of services.

The Assertive Outreach Service helps people with severe mental illness, specifically those whose needs are more complex and require additional support.

The Community Recovery Service focuses on enabling people with long-term mental health problems to have a better quality of life.

Bournemouth West Locality Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is also based at Hahnemann House and provides support to people at home to help prevent unnecessary admissions into hospital.

The Crisis and Home Treatment Response Team (East Dorset) offers support and treatment for adults experiencing acute mental health problems.  It also provides Out of Office hours support for people who are currently receiving services from Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust Services.
