COVID-19 update - please read
The St Charles Urgent Care Centre remains temporarily closed to walk-in patients.
From 26 October 2020, a booked clinic centre is operating in place of this service, which can be accessed by referral. Further details about referrals and the opening times of the booked clinic are provided below.
About the service
The St Charles Urgent Care Centre is a nurse led same day urgent care service for West London CCG and Brent CCG registered patients. The clinic is run by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is not possible to safely operate 'walk in' health services. Patient safety is our priority, so patients will need to be referred to these services. This will allow us to screen any patients with COVID-19 symptoms and refer them to an appropriate service.
An appointment to attend the booked clinic will need to be made through NHS 111. You may be given the option to attend the clinic if you have a minor injury (e.g. minor scalds and burns, minor head injuries or abdominal pain) that can be treated on site by our nurse practitioners.
We will operate a booked clinic/referral service so long as infection prevention and social distancing requirements are in place, which will likely be for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you have health concerns, you can:
- Call your GP practice, or visit your GP practice website
- Call 111, or visit www.111.NHS.UK
