PALS (Patient advice and liaison service)

You can talk to PALS who provide confidential advice and support to patients, families and their carers, and can provide information on the NHS and health related matters.

Travel information

Unfortunately there is no direct public transport link to the Walk In Centre. There are 4 nearby bus stops, all a short walk from the Walk In Centre, these are served by the Citylink C2 Service (Canal St (N1), Pennyfoot Street (SN49) and Lower Eldon Street (SN23 and SN14).

Lower Eldon Street and Pennyfoot Street are also served by the 44 service.

The NHS Urgent Care Centre is at Seaton House, City Link, Nottingham NG2 4LA, next to the BBC on a business park, close to the city centre and railway station. There is free on-site parking, but this can be limited at busy times.There is disabled access and disabled car parking available. Nearby car parks include The Broadmarsh Centre, Lace Market Car Park (previously known as Fletcher Gate) or the new Nottingham station car park operated by East Midlands Trains.

The centre focuses on helping patients face-to-face and healthcare advice cannot be given out over the telephone. If your call is not answered immediately during busy periods, please try again later. If you have an urgent health need, phone 111 for help and advice or 999 if it is a life-threatening emergency.
