You can talk to PALS who provide confidential advice and support to patients, families and their carers, and can provide information on the NHS and health related matters.
The Customer Care Team includes Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS), Complaints and Compliments. The team provides a free, impartial and confidential service at Leighton Hospital, Crewe, Victoria Infirmary, Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre, Winsford.
Overall, the feedback we get from patients is very positive. We realise, however, that there may be times when we do not always get things right.
