Patient Survey 2020
A patient survey was carried out within this pharmacy during the months of January and February 2020
The following points were highlighted and no complaints were registered.
1. Good customer service
2. Availability of prescription medicine was good.
3. Premises were clean and tidy
4. A consultation room was available for patients who wanted a quiet conversation , not to be overheard.
5. Patients did not wait too long to collect their medication.
6. Seating was available for customers to wait if necessary.
7. Repeat medication was ordered in an efficient manner.
8. The overall views expressed were of am excellent service.
9. Prescription Delivery was much appreciated
10. Monitored dose service was increasingly requested
