Twice weekly clinics on Tuesday and Thursday for the monitoring and dosing of anticoagulation. This is a nurse led clinic under the direct supervision of a specialist GP

COPD clinic with spirometry - COPD/Asthma/Spirometry

Our prescribing Practice Nurses run clinics for the on-going management of COPD and Asthma including spirometry and reversibility tests. All clinics are supported by GPs. Initial diagnosis will be via a GP appointment.

Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist clinic - ENT Community Surgery

We operate a community ENT assessment and surgical service which is consultant led within the Practice. The Service is open to all Lincolnshire patients. If a patient is not on our Practice list then a GP referral is required.

Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC - eg IUD or implant) - IUD (Coil) service

Our female partners offer a coil fitting and refitting service, including the mirena coil (when advised by a doctor).

Minor injuries - Minor Injuries/Acute Assessment Clinic

The Practice runs a minor injuries service. Patients should contact the Practice if they have a minor injury (sustained within the previous 48 hours) of making contact with the practice rather than attending A&E. However: if you suspect a broken bone you should attend A&E direct as you may require an X-Ray

Acute Assessment Clinic. The Practice runs daily (am and pm) nurse led acute assessment clinics for those patients who have an immediate problem. This service is supported by an on-call GP. Patients will be assessed and given appointments (same day if required) according to clinical need.

Minor surgery (e.g. removal of moles and skin lesions) - provided in-house - Minor Surgery

We offer excision and shave excision of subcutaneous and cutaneous lesions respectively. We can also offer cautery and cryotherapy where appropriate. If you have a condition which is suitable for this service you will be advised by your GP. Appointments are usually booked directly with the GP who will perform the minor surgery as each session needs special arrangements.

The Practice also provide consultant led day surgery under the Primary Care Surgical Scheme for: Vasectomies, Carpel Tunnel, Ganglion, Trigger Finger etc.

Pharmacy available on-site - Dispensary Service

If you live more than a mile from the nearest pharmacy you can collect your medication from our on site dispensary. This is run by our fully qualified dispensing team. The service offers the full range of medications and most appliances and dressings. Private prescriptions, including travel medication can be dispensed from here regardless of where you live.

Phlebotomy - Phlebotomy Service

The Practice runs a full phlebotomy service each morning. The service allows patients to receive blood tests without the need to travel to hospital. results are returned to the Practice and once viewed by a GP patients will be advised of any additional action.

Travel health with yellow fever - Travel Vaccinations

The Practice offers a full travel advice service and is a registered Yellow Fever accredited centre.
Requests for travel advice forms can be downloaded from our website and sent to the Practice via email, mail or in person. Once received our qualified healthcare professionals will review your needs and contact you with the appropriate advice based on your current vaccination status and the country to which you intend to travel. Some vaccinations require multiple doses so we recommend you seek advice at least 3 months prior to travel.

Vasectomy - Community Surgery

We offer a Vasectomy Service as part of our Community Surgery Services. These procedures are conducted by Consultant surgeons who attend the surgery and operate in our bespoke community surgery theatre on a day procedure basis.

We also offer a range of other Community Surgery procedures, such as ganglion, cyst removal, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, minor "lumps and bumps" removal etc. The procedures are conducted by a Consultant orthopaedic surgeon with specialist knowledge of wrist and hand surgery.

We also provide a Community Based ENT surgery service.

All our Community Surgery procedures are conducted by Consultant Surgeons within our Practice in fully approved and accredited facilities

You must first see your own GP for initial assessment and ask to be referred into these services for treatment.

Electronic Prescription Service

This GP offers the Electronic Prescription Service, which allows you to choose or "nominate" a pharmacy to get your medicines or appliances from. Your GP then sends your prescription electronically to the place you nominated. this means:

  • If you collect your repeat prescriptions from your GP you will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription, saving time.
  • You will have more choice about where to get your medicines from because they can be collected from a pharmacy near to where you live, work or shop.
  • You may not have to wait as long as your repeat prescriptions could be prepared before you arrive.
