Bedford’s first Walk-in Centre opened its doors in December 2008 to run alongside the existing Medical Centre. It was officially opened by Lord Darzi of Denham.
It is open daily to all NHS patients from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, including weekends and Bank Holidays 8.00am - 5.00pm, with no appointment necessary. The Walk In Centre will remain open until 30th September 2018.
Putnoe Medical and NHS Walk-in-Centre provide access to healthcare services under a contract awarded to them by NHS Bedfordshire.
