Appointment reminders

We are now able to offer appointment reminders by text message.  Please contact the reception desk to up to date your contact details and consent to take advantage of this service; the more reminders we can send the fewer appointments will hopefully be missed. The average DNA rate per month is between 65-110 appointments which is a lot of wasted time for clinicans and also means extra waiting time for patients requiring appointments.

Virtual Patient Reference Group

We have set up a new patient group and the aim is to ask patients who join for their ideas, suggestions and to get feedback on areas that are of particular interest or priority for them.  We will share the results of patient surveys with group members and ask for their support in making improvements and changes in the way we work or the services we offer.  If we are planning any changes to the surgery, we will ask the patient group members for their opinions.  To join, simply express your interest to reception along with your contact details and you will be contacted by a member of staff who will give you further details.  Many thanks.
