We have made several changes to the way we operate in recent times. We can now use texting to remind you of appointments and tell you about new services. To receive this service, all you need to do is give us your mobile telephone number.
We have recently invested heavily in making our practice and staff user friendly. You can now book appointments online or by telephone 24/7 from anywhere in the world. To use the online system you need to register for the service. The automated telephone system simply requires that your date of birth and telephone number are accurately recorded by the surgery.
You can also request repeat prescriptions using the automated system but you will need your own PIN number. This can be obtained from reception and you only need to do this once.
With regard to complaints, complaining anonymously on this webpage does not allow us to investigate or resolve any issues. We would much prefer that you followed our investigations procedure which would result in a full investigation, explanation, and rectification if necessary.
