Latest news

We are delighted to inform you that the Freshney Green Primary Care Centre has won a national award.

Health Investor UK is UK health industry's most respected information source.  The award was given to the Centre by Health Investor UK in the Healthcare Property category at an awards ceremony in London  The Centre won from a short listed group of 7 healthcare properties.

Announcing the award, Health Investor commented on the strength of the partnership working between the building developer and the Practices and other tenants and the Value for Money that the building delivers compared to other healthcare properties in the UK (for example our Centre delivers a higher specification of accomodation at a lower rent (£ per square metre) than other facilities in N E Lincolnshire).  Furthermore we were commended for the collaborative working that took place throughout the development project and subsequently after the move and for our concept of exploring ways of integrating services. Lastly we were commended for the range of services that are delivered in the Centre - the Practices, Mental Health, Social Care, Dental, Health Visiting, District Nursing, Physiotherapy plus the outreach services from Diana Princess of Wales Hospital now being delivered in the Centre - Midwifery, Chiropody, Audiology, Stop Smoking Services.

We are delighted to have played our part in this wonderful achievement.
