Overview

Welcome to Springfield Surgery, serving the people of Sparkhill and surrounding areas for over 20years. We have just over 5000 patients registered at the practice and this has grown steadily over the last few years. We aim to provide care that is personal, high quality and patient centred. We have a regular team of staff and try to avoid using locum/temporary staff with the aim of providing as much continuity of care as possible.

We seek to serve the community with respect, honesty, humility and a desire to treat every person fairly and equally.

We look forward to registering new patients. Please speak to reception if you would like to join Springfield Surgery.

Patient Access App

If you already use patient access to book appointments and order your repeat prescriptions on-line, you can also download an app to your mobile phone. We hope this will make accessing what you need easier. Register for on-line services at reception in person.

Named Accountable GP

We are required to give everyone registered at our practice a named accountable GP. We have done this already and you can ask any of us which GP that is. Mostly it will be the same GP as stated on your medical card but if you have seen a different GP in the practice often then they may have been made your named GP. You can continue to see whoever you would like in the practice and can change the named GP if you wish.
