The Surgery holds an 'Open Surgery' every week day morning, excluding Bank Holidays.

This allows patients to be seen on the day by the Duty GP. An appointment is not required. However, you must arrive at the Surgery between 8.30am and 10.00am to be seen.

Please be prepared to wait during this 'sit and wait' clinic as patients will be seen in turn.

Integrated Care Clinics

The aim and purpose of the Integrated Care pathway (Chronic Disease Management) is to reduce the need for multiple attendances at the Surgery, by means of a 'One Stop Clinic'. Investigations will be undertaken by the relevant Healthcare Assistant or Nurse following Surgery and Government guidelines.

You will be contacted by the Surgery to book an Annual Review appointment to have these routine investigations.

If any follow up tests or discussions need to be arranged, you will be contacted. Integrated Care meetings are held on a regular basis to ensure this pathway is efficient and effective for patient care.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Telephone Consultations

The Surgery operates on the day telephone consultations for both GPs and Nurses.

This allows patients to request a telephone call from either a GP or Nurse on the day, where a face to face appointment is not required. This may be for discussing test results, medication queries or general advice.

Please note that these telephone consultations are not at a specific time.
