About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

Information

The Trust is always grateful to receive comments from patients relatives and carers about its services or about the care provided. Both positive and negative comments about services help us to do things better. If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint please bring it to someone’s attention as soon as possible to help us identify areas where we can improve our services.
