Service details
Y-Smart is the main referral for under 18s in Devon (excluding Plymouth and Torbay) looking for help with drugs, alcohol or volatile substances. Services include:
• assessment
• brief Intervention
• structured intervention
• detox
• relapse prevention
• counselling
• support for young people affected by parental substance use (Y-Project)

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
