About
Windhill Community Centre is run by North East Windhill Community Association (NEWCA), a voluntary organisation, through its Management Board. We aim to provide something for all members of the community, responding to community needs, starting from a Parents and Toddler Group, crèches for under-fives, and a computer room for courses and drop-in sessions.
