Appointment only: Patients need to call from 9:30am Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Wednesday call from 13:30, Friday call from 8am to get a telephone consultation and be booked in to see a clinician on the same day or the following day depending on availability.

General notes

Phone lines divert to voicemail message when all lines are busy, please redial. The SHL online sexual health service is available for free and confidential online STI testing and advice.
